Sue Morrison has been providing local real estate expertise in Muskoka since 1993. She is an accredited Seniors Specialist, in addition to have the honour of being named to the RE/MAX Chairman’s Club, RE/MAX Platinum Club, and the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.
Dedicated and hardworking, Sue is passionate about helping clients find their dream property, whether a first home, investment property or scenic lakeside cottage. She makes a point of getting to know each client, often developing long-term relationships in the process. With her strong work ethic and vast knowledge of Northern Muskoka district’s lakes, back roads and small towns, Sue is ideally qualified to find a property that is the right fit for each client.
Along with a genuine commitment to her clients, Sue is deeply involved in charitable giving and community involvement; she is personally involved in Big Brothers – Big Sisters, the Children’s Miracle Network, the Breast Cancer Society, Hospice and the local food bank, among other endeavours. An avid outdoor enthusiast all year-round, when she isn’t working Sue loves spending quality time with family and friends snowmobiling and skating in the winter and swimming and boating in the Summer.

Janie has been working in the Administration/Management and as a Client Care Specialist since 1995. Working first in the Medical field then moving into Real Estate. She has over 20 Years of experience working under the RE/MAX franchise.
Janie is dedicated and hardworking. Giving 100%+ of herself to the job, she strives to finish and complete everything she does.
Being married for 40 years, her husband and two boys have lived in Muskoka for over 32 years. Passionate about Yoga, health, fitness and the outdoors Muskoka is the best place to call home.
Client care specialist
Esme joined the Greater Muskoka Group in the spring of 2021 as the client care specialist. She graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Commerce and a minor in French studies. Her passion for real estate and strong interpersonal skills makes her a perfect fit for the group. Her day-to-day tasks involve assisting Sue, maintaining lasting client relations, and executing administrative tasks. Esme has begun her studies with Humber College to become a licensed assistant and salesperson for the summer of 2022. She looks forward to helping you make your home buying/selling dreams come true!
Marketing Coordinator
Erin is the newest edition to our team, joining the Greater Muskoka Group in January 2022 as our Marketing Coordinator. Erin started her career in real estate as a part-time deal secretary and office administrator while completing her Business Administration – Marketing diploma at Seneca College. As a recent graduate, she has a fresh perspective on digital advertising and sales. She utilizes her passion for advertising to develop effective strategic marketing initiatives for the Greater Muskoka Group. Her day-to-day tasks include the creation of print and digital marketing materials, social media management, and assisting Sue and Esme with administrative tasks.
